I enjoy working with children because they bring a unique sense of wonder, creativity, and curiosity to every interaction. Being around them reminds me of the excitement of learning and discovering the world. I find it incredibly rewarding to be a positive influence in their growth and to help them build confidence, social skills, and a love for learning. Each day with children is different, and their energy and enthusiasm inspire me to be creative, adaptable, and/or patient.

I have experience working with children in various settings, including when I was in middle school (8th grade) I would do this program for younger kids and help them out and do mini projects with adults. Ive also taken care of both of my cousins who are Brazilian and had difficulty learning English, sometimes I get carried away with them learning and not taking a few breaks and regroup back to the work. I also have experience handling different age groups and understanding their unique needs and developmental stages.

What sets me apart is my ability to connect with children on a personal level, combining empathy with strong communication skills to create a supportive environment. Im adaptable, creative, and always looking for ways to engage children in meaningful activities that cater to their individual interests and needs. Additionally, my patience and commitment to positive reinforcement help foster a safe and nurturing environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore and learn.

But me personally, the names Aiken and he is thoughtful, open-minded, and curious, with a deep appreciation for science, technology, art, and diverse cultural stories. He enjoys music, video games, and engaging in deep conversations about life’s big questions. He’s navigating personal growth with honesty and reflection, always open to new experiences and connections.
