Hi my name is Nickya I grew up in a big family. Im the second oldest out of all my siblings. I always enjoyed watching my younger siblings. I enjoy being around children and watching them learn new things. Often times I also baby sat for my Aunts and Uncles. I enjoy cooking, reading, arts and crafts, music , trying and learning new things. I am also outgoing and love sports.

In the past I cared for many children from newborn and up between school hours and parents return from work. Coordinated play dates and school pick-ups with other families. Prepared meals and ensured children were fed, bathed, and put to bed. Assisted children with school homework and assigned reading activities.

I also volunteered at an elementary school for 3 years. I helped specifically with a kindergarten class. Volunteering required me to read books, help share out snacks for snack time, grade papers, assist if a student is struggling and help them to understand. I also would help with dismissal by gathering their belongings helping them get ready and tidy up the classroom. I am available Monday- Saturdays anytime.
