Hello families!! My name is Vanessa and I have two adorable sisters (they are 8 and 10- double digits I definitely shed a tear on her birthday) along with too many cousins to count! Needless to say, I am always the defaulted babysitter. I am very family oriented and known for my positive attitude. I truly have a passion for working with children. I tested my strengths and went into early childhood development. During my time in an early childhood program I was met with many different children (and families) and thankfully they loved every minute of their school time just as much as I did. Most of my experience is with toddlers. Picture this- everyday a class of 18 kids of 3 and 4 years old. A couple kids want individual attention, others are upset their mom is not in school with them and then we have the curious cuteness wobbling over to the toys and they see destruction!! But one thing they all had in common was that they loved me just as much as I adored them and it is one of the best feelings! I am very empathetic and I understand the kids very well and can adapt to them patiently. I am extremely vigilant and attentive- having fun safely is so important. I love being around my loved ones and spending quality time with them. From going on walks, playing a family soccer match in the backyard, or even just bringing a bowl of fruit out to the patio! I am always catering to others needs with a smile. Making sure the people around me are comfortable makes my heart happy :)
