Regular attendance is important to a child’s success in school. If your child is ill and must remain home from school for the day please call the school nurse or the attendance officer between 7:45 and 9:00 to report the absence or leave a message on the attendance office voice mail extension 6133 at any time.

Upon returning to school after an absence the child must bring a written excuse. The note should contain the following information: Child’s name teacher’s name date(s) of absence reason for absence parent signature and the date the note is being sent to the school. This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only
