District Responds to ACLU Lawsuit over Student Fees
The American Civil Liberties Union recently filed suit against the state of California over fees school districts charge, contending that the fees violate the constitutional guarantee to a free and appropriate education. Please know that the core mission of the Anaheim Union High School District is to provide educational opportunities for all students. We continue to review our operational needs in light of student need, best practices, as well as education and government code.
