Based on the fact that all children can learn the Owasco Elementary staff and school community are dedicated to the education of the total student and his or her academic emotional social cultural and physical well-being. We believe caregivers will be responsible for encouraging in their child: resourcefulness respect for authority and acceptance of responsibility.
