The purpose of the YWCA Out-of-School Time Programs is to provide quality before and after school care for children of working parents.The programs are administered by the YWCA of Syracuse & Onondaga County a non-profit community service organization.The YWCA feels strongly that parent involvement is important to making high quality child care programs work. The Out-of-School Time Program (OST) welcomes your ideas participation and questions. This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only
