To insure quality education to motivate lifelong learning Hawkins staff parents and students will:
*Create a safe learning environment characterized by trust and respect.
*Provide a developmentally appropriate education to maximize each childs full potential.
*Facilitate an effective transition between grade levels.
*Promote comfortable positive communication between home and school.
*Evaluate curriculum materials and student achievement levels for continuous improvement.
