The purpose of Smilining Faces Christian Daycare is to provide speical learning opportunities for children ages 2 through 5 years. The program is designed to meet the children’s needs and interests as they develop physicaly emotionally intellectually and socially while simultaneously meeting the need of the working parent. This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only
