Erie Neighborhood House D.C. Program

The Family Child Care Homes program delivers early intervention, high-quality care and support services to over 110 children annually, aged 6 weeks to 5 years old from low-income, predominantly Latino families throughout northwest Chicago. The program offers adults the training, technical assistance and ongoing professional support required to manage successful businesses as licensed, professional child care home providers.

The Child Development Associate credential is a national accreditation for qualified caregivers who have demonstrated the ability to nurture children’s physical, social, emotional and intellectual growth.
