The Nook

Beyond impressed with The Nook! From the administration and staff to the facility, it is the perfect caring and educational environment for our child (four+ months old). Stephanie and her team are accommodating to our schedule, they are attentive to our infant's needs, growth and development and seem really invested in not only our child's well being but the well being of each child left in their care. The room sizes and ratio of kid to staff offer opportunities for one-on-one attention, as well as group socializing. The near hourly updates throughout the day (via the Brightwheel app) are great! I've never once questioned leaving our child with the amazing staff at The Nook.

The Nook is wonderful! The staff is always personable and welcoming. Every time I drop off and pick up my son the kids are happy and I truly get the sense they treat the children as their own. I absolutely love the app they have so that I can get updates and pictures of how our son is doing throughout the day. The Nook also has some nice features like using an online calendar to pick up a day of daycare outside your regular schedule if needed. I highly recommend this daycare and am so thankful for the great care our son receives!

The teachers in Nook South Loop are very caring and keep us well communicated. The director, Stephanie, is very helpful and always gives us good suggestions. We also like the app they are using, which can easily track our son's daily progress, photos, and messages.

We have used the nook for drop in care numerous times. Always easy to book, always very clean, and they have a great app for seeing how your child is doing while u are at work. The director, Stephanie had been very helpful with any questions I have. I highly recommend this facility!

We have been comfortable from the day one leaving our daughter with Nook' staff. The company has good philosophy and systems in place.

The staff are very attentive and professional. The premises are very organized and clean. My little one really enjoys his fun time at the Nook. He colors, plays, and even learned to crawl quicker because he saw other babies. I like how the daily care of my baby is updated on line and I am able to contact the staff and visit him at anytime
