The William Mallory Early Learning Center provides outstanding childcare on Cincinnati States campus while serving as a learning lab for Cincinnati State studentsparticularly those in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECE) programs. Enrollment priority is given to children of currently enrolled students and staff of the college.

Students in the ECE programs get hands-on experience at the center, which serves as a practicum and internship site. In turn, children enrolled in the center get first-class care and stimulating educational opportunities, provided by the centers employees and students.
Programs

The Mallory Center daytime program is designed for children ages three months to five years who are not yet eligible for kindergarten. This is a full-time, year-round program operates Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5:30 pm. There is typically a waiting list for this program.

The program is designed to allow each child to succeed, therefore boosting self-esteem. Pre-reading, math, science, art, and large muscle activities are offered daily. Lesson plans are prepared weekly and are posted in each classroom. The preschool classrooms also offer Head Start Enhancement.

The Center operates a summer program in conjunction with the daytime program for children five to 10 years of age.
