YWCA of Syracuse and Onondaga County

The purpose of the YWCA Out of School Time (OST) Programs is to provide quality after school care for children of working parents. The programs are administered by the YWCA Syracuse & Onondaga County a non-profit community service organization. The YWCA feels strongly that parent involvement is important to making high quality childcare programs work. The Fremont OST Program (formerly SACC) welcomes your participation ideas and questions. This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only
