Caroline County Early Head Start strives to ensure young children and their families have the resources they need to learn and succeed. We provide quality early care and education, family support and related services to help parents meet their goals of becoming economically and socially self-sufficient in order to raise healthy, successful children. Caroline County Early Head Start is affiliated with the Maryland Family Network, a nonprofit organization that provides funding and professional support for Maryland’s Family Support Centers. It is also a grantee of federal Early Head Start funds for several programs in Maryland. Caroline County Early Head Start was established by Caroline County Public Schools and its collaborating partners. Caroline County Early Head Start serves families with infants, toddlers and preschoolers with and without disabilities as well as pregnant women through the following programs:
Early Head Start (pregnant women and children birth to three) Nurturing Parenting Program (parents with children birth to twelve) Parents as Teachers Home Visiting Program (pregnant women and children birth to five) Federalsburg Judy Center (families with children birth to five) Adult Education (English as a second language, adult basic education and GED)Want more information?
