The Advantage After-School Program (AASP) at Fonda-Fultonville is administered by Mental Health Association In Fulton and Montgomery Counties (MHA) and all AASP staff are employed by the MHA. The Program is the result of the active partnership between the Fonda-Fultonville Central School District
and the MHA with support from community organizations.
The AASP is licensed by the NYS Office for Children and Family Services and complies with the NYS
School-Age Child Care Regulations. A copy of these regulations along with the names addresses and
phone numbers of people with administration authority is available for viewing at the AASP Parent table
in both the Elementary and Middle Schools. We also participate in the Child and Adult Care Food
Program or CACFP and therefore require income information that is help strictly confidential.
Recent studies suggest that regular attendance in a good after-school program can help improve student
success. The Advantage After-School Program at Fonda-Fultonville Elementary and Middle Schools
provides parents with a safe after-school environment for children. The program aims to enhance and
extend academic experiences while providing for positive social emotional and mental growth and
development. This facility is authorized to administer medications
