Southside Early Head Start & Child Development Center

My name is Patricia A. Etheridge. I’m the Director for Rosedale V Child Development Center and Southside Early Head Start. Between these two facilities we provide care for infants to five year olds. Ive worked with Child Care Associates for six years. However having two adult children of my own my experience in the nurturing and training process spans over 38 years. My educational base hails from Phoenix College Arizona State University and Texas Womans University. I currently hold a Child Development Associates Credential. I recognize that having a positive influence in the lives of young children and their families is an important and rewarding challenge. Therefore Im committed to the Mission of Child Care Associates in Assisting Family Successes and to the principles and standards of the Head Start Program.
