Y.M.C.A. of the Mohawk Valley - W. Frankfort Elementary SACC Program

Welcome to the West Frankfort Elementary School Principal’s page. West Frankfort is an Elementary School of approximately 245 students grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. We have 2 sections at each grade level except in 1st Grade where we have 1 sections. There is an Academic Intervention Program in Math and English Language Arts. We also have special subject teachers in Vocal and instrumental Music Art Physical Education. and Library Science as well as Technology Studies. We have a special Education Resource Teacher that supports students with disabilities within the regular classroom. Our cafeteria has excellent food for breakfast as well as lunch. There is an After School Program for students who need after school day care run by the YMCA. There are many extra curricular activities after school such as chorus intramurals Spanish Club Operetta Student Council Library club etc. Everyone is welcome to visit our school but please always check in at the office. This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only
