Center in Livonia, NY 14487
Anne Clements Owner/Administrator of Annie’s Ark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development Perspectives. Anne initially cared for children in her home and moved to the United Church of Livonia basement in 1982 as her enrollment increased and the Lord prompted her to expand.
In 1988 Annie’s Ark found a new larger home at 23 North Street in Livonia to accommodate the growing number of children and their families seeking quality child care. The facility had originally been used as a manufacturing plant and extensive renovation was necessary. Many helping hands contributed to convert the building into a day care center designed to meet the needs of the children.
Annie’s Ark is a private child care center serving children six weeks through 3rd grade. We offer a high-quality early childhood program which provides a safe and nurturing environment while promoting the physical social emotional and intellectual development of young children.
Annie’s Ark offers full time or part time care. We have fully trained staff/Child Development Associates many of whom are members of the Rochester Association for the Education of Young Children. Our curriculum is age appropriate and the children have the use of a naturalistic playground where they can get “back to the basics.” This facility is authorized to administer medications
