The owners Michael and Vivian Liebler have a unique love and passion for children. With four of their own they truly understand how to provide a safe comfortable environment for children while also providing many ways for the children to develop mentally physically and emotionally. Over the past fifteen years they have established a company that is quality and professional while never losing focus on what really matters The Children. Their philosophy is simple to provide a safe environment for children where they can be comfortable and have fun.
Rubber Ducky Child Care is set up to be flexible with children and parents. Rubber Ducky is now open from 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday thru Friday and the safety of our children is our number one priority and we have taken every necessary step to ensure that everything in all our facilitys are child friendly. This business is not run to serve only one type of parent or child. There are children from foster homes CPS preventive homes and low income homes. Every family is unique and may struggle at one time or another. Our parents know they can talk to us any time and we will listen and do the best we can to take action where their children are concerned. Rubber Ducky even provides many different specialists from specific areas such as counselors speech therapists; developmental therapists etc. They will come in and work with the children on an individual basis whenever necessary.
We take pride everyday when we open our doors; from the first child in the morning to the last child at night. We strive to give our parents piece of mind by providing a place that is professional where they know their children are safe and taken care of. This facility is authorized to administer medications

Our program is designed to give the best possible child care around. Our goal is to make sure each child gets the special developmentally appropriate attention and proper care they deserve. Each child is treated equally with love and understanding. We make sure the children eat nutritious meals; we wipe noses change diapers read to them give hugs and take time out to listen and talk to them because communication is essential for their social development. We believe having an open dialogue with our children and parents is very important.
Discipline at Rubber Ducky is handled lightly. Children are given warnings such as stop kicking stop hitting no saying that bad word or throwing objects. We give them alternatives for words and behavior. If the child continues we separate them from the situation and try to interest them in something else; discussing their actions and explaining how that action may upset or hurt them and the other children.
Rubber Ducky has always had an open door policy for parents to stop in and visit the children. We want all our children to feel loved safe and cared for because we understand that this is their home away from home. We strive to have an atmosphere that is inviting to both the children and the parents. Furthermore we provide age appropriate materials and activities for the different stages of the childrens developmental growth.
