Staff provides each child with guidance that helps the child acquire a positive self concept. Discipline and behavior guidance will at all times be constructive, positive and suited to the age of the child;and will include modeling appropriate behavior, arranging the classroom environment to facilitate appropriate interactions, active listening and at times redirection, regrouping and distraction to change the focus of the behavior or activity.
