School Year Programs: Kids Care After School

Care available from afternoon dismissal to 6:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays

Participants of our Kids Care programs are greeted after school provided an afternoon snack guided through a time period for homework and then participate in various activities from our Camp Fire Curriculum. The benefits of this program are that the children get to master new individual and group activities their social development improves they learn to make positive use of their out-of-school time and they develop leadership qualities.

Kids Care is a licensed after-school program located on 7 MISD and 5 ECISD Elementary campuses.

Camp Fire Connections (CFC) After School Program that is currently conducted at St Marks United Methodist Church on Main Street in Midland.

  • Midland: Bush Elementary Emerson Elementary Fannin Elementary Henderson Elementary Jones Elementary Parker Elementary West Early Childhood & Camp Fire Connections Program for Crockett Elementary @ St Mark’s United Methodist.
  • Odessa: Austin Montessori Jordan Elementary Burnet Elementary Gonzales Elementary Noel Elementary & Camp Fire transport our members of LBJ & Ross Elementary to Jordan Elementary for Kids Care.

Registration

  • You can download the registration forms from the links below. All forms must be completed and returned to us with registration fees and the first week of tuition.
  • You may return the completed by fax through the mail or in person to our Midland Office.
  • Completed registration packet must be accompanied by the Annual Membership Fee and First Week Tuition.

Midland Residence | Odessa Residence

No child will be allowed to participate in the program until we have completed registration forms Annual Registration Fee and the first week of tuition in hand. NO EXCEPTIONS! You will receive a confirmation of membership or waiting list.

Current members and new members must enroll in these camps respectively. Please contact the office 432.570.4144 with any questions.
Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available for eligible families. Eligibility is based on the gross household income and the number of individuals in the household. An Application for Financial Assistance must be completed to determine eligibility. Individuals with special circumstances may contact the Executive Director to seek financial assistance in those circumstances where they do not meet eligibility requirements or where the determined assistance is not enough to allow participation in the program. The funds for financial assistance are provided by the United Way of Midland United Way of Odessa and several local foundations.

Please remit proof of income and completed application to our Midland office.
