Our Preschool at Monterey Presidio is a community-based preschool. We are open to the public. We serve children six weeks through five years of age. Our classrooms are developmentally designed for the age groups they serve and each class has its own outdoor play area. We are open to all community families and are located on the Presidio overlooking beautiful Monterey Bay, just up from Cannery Row.
 
Our proprietary curriculum, Guided Discovery takes a unique and thoughtful approach to early childhood education. We have a dedicated and highly experienced teaching team. We are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). This accreditation is granted to centers demonstrating high-quality factors, such as low teacher-to-child ratios and smaller group sizes.
