At the Wellness Center, we believe fitness should involve the whole family. Healthy habits learned early can lead to a longer, healthier life. With that in mind, we have developed a wide variety of youth programs offered in a safe, creative environment to keep children of all ages fit and healthy.
We also offer on-site Children’s Care. Our nursery is a welcoming and nurturing place for children six weeks to seven years of age to enjoy while their parents or guardians use our Center. Our professional staff is experienced, certified and happy to meet you and your children.
