The school provides activities for the development of language skills, cognitive growth, fine and gross motor skills and adaptive behavior to pre-school children with learning delays.
In 1960, the chapter assumed financial control and management of Assistance League School. In 1978, the school moved to its current site in Oxnard. Annually, the school serves approximately 50 pre-school and kindergarten children, ages 3 to 6, with delays in development.
