Upward Bound Child Care Center

The mission of the Upward Bound Child Care Center located in the Village of Palmyra NY is to form a partnership with families and provide loving nurturing care for their children ages 6 weeks through twelve years in an environment that is safe where they will grow develop explore learn and flourish.

We recognize that each child has unique talents learning styles and personalities. Our highly-qualified teachers and staff are committed to working within each child’s comfort zone to ensure optimal social emotional and educational results.

Classes are kept to a low student-teacher ratio and often fill up quickly.
