Escalar Latch-Key Program

Our Escalar Program provides assistance with basic academic skills, personal development, supervised recreational activities, social skills and self-care for youngsters 6 to 12 whose parents are working or registered in formal education or training programs during non-school hours, during the school year. During the summer, offers recreational activities, educational workshops and a great variety of trips. The program is open to all residents of Middlesex County and is especially appropriate for youngsters having difficulty in school and need to enhance interpersonal skills. Our bilingual staff serves more than 20 youngsters during the school year from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. and more than 40 children during the summer from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
