4c's Old Elm Child Development Center

Located in northwest Petaluma adjacent to the Burbank Housing Old Elm Village this center has been serving the community since 2003. There is a toddler classroom that serves eight children ages 2 to 3 years old in addition to the Preschool classroom that serves 32 children ages 3 to 5 years old.
