Family House Learning Center

Family House is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing homeless families in crisis with the tools they need to promote self-sufficiency. Family House is one of the largest family shelters in Ohio and serves an average of 850 people each year and more than 500 of them are children. Family House has been offering hope to families for over 20 years since 1985.

Key to the success of Family House is providing a structured environment with comprehensive services in order to shift the residents from crisis to self-reliance. Daily services to residents include scheduled meal times and family-centered resident programs. Residents are also assigned a personal Case Manager that they can work with to create a customized case plan to achieve self-sufficiency.
