Our child care group home opened in 1984 and continues to operate as a non-profit community outreach program of Mechanic Grove Church of the Brethren. MGCCC is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. The license (Certificate of Compliance) is renewed on a yearly basis through an on-site inspection by a licensing representative.
