Our school is a learning community where teachers parents administrators and all school stakeholders work together for children to create a place where learning is loved children are challenged developmental learning is honored and where all aspects of the whole childemotional physical mental and socialis nurtured. Our teachers strive to deliver a program of instruction based on best practices and research-based strategies. We work collaboratively to identify the strengths and needs of all students and use that information to tailor our instruction. Our balanced literacy program provides students with reading and writing experiences which are designed to help them develop good foundational skills and begin on the path to becoming life-long readers and writers. In mathematics we regularly emphasize problem solving skills and encourage mathematical thinking. This facility is authorized to administer medications
