Early childhood is the most critical period in human growth and development for it is the period when the foundation for learning is laid. During these early years learning experiences for children must be diverse creative and carefully planned and based on sound principles of child development.
Our goal at Rainbow Academy Inc. is to provide a pre-school atmosphere that offers the proper balance of activities in a warm and loving environment. We emphasize individuality and allow each child to learn at their own pace. We encourage children to control their world through language and the opportunity to make choices. Allowing the child to choose and have some control over higher experiences eliminates most behavior problem.
We carefully plan our daily activities to include academics motor skills music art science and math. The child’s progress is monitored closely and periodic reports are sent home to parents. It is our belief that parents and the school should work closely together for the benefit of the child.
