It is with much pride in the accomplishments of Seneca Elementary students and staff that this school year begins. New beginnings bring new achievements and new challenges. Grade Three students have grown in stature and ability from their time at Prospect Elementary School; this growth has prepared them for the challenges of learning at Seneca Elementary where they are presented with the New York State Assessments as a measure of their achievements for the first time. Students in Grades Four and Five have developed their skills and look to continue developing new learning. This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only
