The School-Age Programs offer a variety of organized activities as well as restful periods at the end of the school day. Time and space are provided for children to work on homework assignments. Planned field trips and special activities are offered on In-Service Days and some school vacation days.

Each program is licensed through the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. There is an on-site Head Teacher at each location along with a staff of qualified recreational counselors. Healthy snacks are provided under the supervision of the CDFC Nutrition Coordinator.
