The Samuel & Lydia Clark Foundation was established in 2000 as a non-profit private organization in Syracuse, New York. It’s mission is to carry out the vision of Reverend Kenneth Clark to provide vital services to the families in the South Side community. As such, the Foundation currently has three programs established here.

Lydia’s Lullaby Day Care Center provides quality child care to children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
The STRIVE School Age Program provides before and after school programs as well as full day programs for school breaks for children up to age 12.
The College Scholarship program provides a monetary gift to it’s recipient in order to help them pursue their higher education dreams.

This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only.

Accepts these assistance programs: DSS, JobsPlus

Part time and full time care.

Before and after school programs. No transportation service.
