This year due to a reduction in New York State funding we have had to implemented a fee-for-service that is difficult for underemployed families. Many parents have lost the opportunity to improve their English and learn new job skills. Their children 18 months through 4 years old have to wait to begin exploring their the language and community. This facility is authorized to administer medications
