YMCA of Syracuse and Onondaga County

Onondaga Road Elementary School is a K-5 school in the West Genesee School District. It is located just west of Syracuse New York in the town of Camillus. Our current enrollment is 325 students with an average class size of 22 students.

We are very proud of the faculty members of our school. All are well qualified in their teaching areas. They do everything in their power to ensure that every child reaches all the district Learner Outcomes for each grade level.

Our teaching staff consist of 14 classroom teachers and 3.5 special education teachers. Also we have one music one art one physical education two (.5) instrumental teachers and one librarian. Our support staff includes one speech language therapist one remedial teacher a .5 school psychologist and one school nurse. Included in our staff are a number of teacher assistants and aides who work in classrooms. This facility is authorized to administer medications
