Welcome to our wonderful child care center here in Tallahassee. My name is Katie Kosniewski and I-m the director of the school. I have been working with children since 2009 and have my National Child Development Associate Credential.

At our school we are focused on creating a safe, warm and loving environment for the children, parents, and staff. We place an emphasis on learning through exploration and engaging, hands-on activities. In addition to promoting the growth of our children-s minds, we help their physical growth as well by providing free, USDA-approved meals and snacks. We provide Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten during the school year for children who are four years old by September 1st of that year. Our Pre-K curriculum through HighReach Learning helps children reach the benchmarks established in the Florida Early Learning and Developmental Standards. We also have an exciting and enriching Adventure Summer Camp program for our school-age children that includes fun, weekly themes and educational field trips.

It is my pleasure that I have the opportunity to work with so many fantastic children and families to help create an educational foundation for future success. We strive to be the working parent-s best friend, which means we aim to provide flexible and affordable child care. We work with every family to meet their needs, setting us apart from many providers in the Tallahassee area.

Give me a call or come by for a tour! I know you-ll find that we provide excellent care, have fantastic teachers, and a well-balanced curriculum for learning at every age! I look forward to meeting you and your family soon!

At the heart of any successful program is a curriculum foundation that not only effectively meets a full range of outcomes and objectives, but also supports teachers in a way that allows them to confidently provide new and exciting learning opportunities every day Childcare Network uses the HighReach Learning Curriculum. HighReach supports and inspires educators from a variety of educational backgrounds by providing meaningful learning experiences and support materials that promote active, playful, and authentic learning opportunities.

HighReach Learning’s ultimate goal is for children to become competent, eager learners. Our high-quality curriculum for children ages birth to five years of age provides many opportunities for active exploration, creating powerful and positive interactions for learning.

The HighReach Learning Curriculum Approach is based upon the following principles:

A child’s development is continuous, individual, and begins at birth. The stages of development are unique to each child. Creating multiple connections supports current brain research for how infants and young children learn. Interactions and relationships are at the heart of learning. Families are truly a child’s first teachers and are an integral part of the learning community. Learning experiences are purposeful, interactive, meaningful, relevant, active, and playful. Curriculum is project-focused and is based in play investigation. Play is the avenue for child investigations. The ultimate goal is for children to become ready, able, competent, and eager learners.

Testimonials

Rachel Allen

The staff is so great, it's the same people everyday so my son doesn't have to get used to new people. He's 6 months old and having that consistency is key. They always keep me updated and never make me feel like I'm asking too many questions.

childcare network is a great school. I have a 10 year old and a 5 year old and they both have gone there. I love the staff and I have always been greeted with a smile and so have my children. Great values, great atmosphere and a great education is guaranteed.
