The RSHM LIFE Center where Learning Is For Everyone serves more than 300 immigrant Hispanic adults and children who live in Sleepy Hollow Tarrytown and nearby parts of Westchester County. Ninety-eight percent of the families are working poor with incomes below the poverty level for the area.
The Center offers educational programs and social services which help individuals and families to acquire the skills and to access the resources needed to improve their life situations. This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only
