VCC is family owned and operated by local Victor residents Laurie and Philip Lavery. As active members of the community we have a vested interest in providing quality care to the children that will become Victor’s “future.”
Our goal is to provide the highest quality care we can offer through a wide range of exciting programs. Children are encouraged to make friends have fun and learn by taking advantage of VCC activities and facilities that include the outdoor playground arts & crafts a homework and study area and a video game room! This facility is authorized to administer medications
