PACTs mission is to promote the development of young children with special needs and their families through programs providing comprehensive assessments, early intervention services, family support services, parent education, counseling and specialized childcare.

- Special Needs:
- To increase the number of child care programs available to children with special needs, PACT has provided training to child care providers around the state to help them adapt their programs to meet the needs of children with medical, developmental, and behavioral issues.

At PACT, we strongly believe that parents, families and caregivers should play an integral role in their childrens treatment and care. We are committed to working closely with you and other caregivers to provide you with information and training on how you can best foster your childs developmental progress. We are also aware that many parents are struggling with the multiple challenges of raising children with special needs while, at the same time, meeting the needs of other family members. Consequently, all of our programs offer counseling to both the children and their parents, information and assistance in obtaining services for you and your child and assistance in helping your child transition to other programs when they leave PACT
