The New Mark of Excellence School, Inc. was founded in October 1994 in response to the need for a non-public academic institution in the northwest Baltimore County area. Our school offers children an opportunity to learn in an atmosphere that is academically challenging, safe, and stress-free. Parents may be confident that their child(ren) is/are being taught, nurtured, and protected by a team of professional educators whose commitment to their vocation is demonstrated by the outstanding daily work accomplished in the classrooms.

The New Mark of Excellence, Inc. is a non-public school located at 2605 North Rolling Road in Windsor Mill, Maryland. The school is approved by the Maryland State Department of Education.

The school evolved from a pre-school/nursery and primary school in its first year, to the middle school level in year number 2, and finally to a fully accredited high school in our third year.

Upon relocating to our Rolling Road site in 2002, our nursery program was expanded to include two and three year old students.
