The Child Care & Family Support Center at Sul Ross State University provides affordable year-round care for the children of SRSU students faculty and staff members. Serving children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old it is currently the only licensed center in Alpine providing care for children younger than 2 years.
The center strives to be a development center not just a day care. The staff which includes some students as well as members of the community receive monthly training with an emphasis on areas of development setting developmentally appropriate goals and providing positive behavior management.
