Early Childhood Education Center Zion Lutheran Church

It is my pleasure to introduce you to our Early Childhood Education Center. We have a new facility to better serve the families of Hinsdale and the surrounding area. We are excited about our programs for two and a half to five year olds that include both partial day and full day opportunities.

For those of you who know us, we have a strong foundation in Christian education. We have taken those roots and incorporated current research to build our programs. Our programs are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach to education. Newsweek magazine named the schools of Reggio Emilia, Italy as one of the top ten schools in the world.

We believe children are lovers of learning and we create an environment to encourage and support this desire. Our learning environment is provided by skilled and caring teachers. They create opportunities for children to interact, as well as use their creative thinking, exploration and problem-solving skills. As you visit our center, you will note that this learning environment takes place both indoors and outdoors.

We consider it a privilege and honor to join with families supporting the cognitive, social-emotional, physical and spiritual development of their children. Financial assistance is available to qualified applicants.
