Ashford Park

Ashford Park is a lively Elementary School Preschool nestled in a charming Brookhaven community. The school was established in 1955. Currently, Ashford Park serves a diverse population of 500 students, representing as many as 15 countries. Our teachers are highly qualified and possess a wide variety of educational levels and experience. They work diligently each day to meet the needs of all students.
The APS leadership has worked closely with parents and the community to establish an excellent educational program that has resulted in higher student test scores and elevated success. Students enjoy a safe and positive learning environment.. Over the past five years, the focus of expanding cognitive abilities, promoting social/emotional growth, and developing physical skills has led to well-rounded students. Learning is further enhanced through a variety of Special Area programs which include: Discovery (Gifted), English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), Special Education, Counseling and Guidance, Club Day, Music, Art, Health/Physical Education, Band, Strings, and after-care programs.
