Preschool in Atlanta, GA 30306
The YWCAs quality and affordable childcare program provides a comprehensive child development program (ages six weeks through five years), which facilitates the maximum possible growth and development of each child socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually. Program activities are age-appropriate and address the infant, toddler, and preschool developmental stages of a childs life.
The best development of children requires a mutual respect between the YWCA and parents. Open communication and parent participation are encouraged through an open door policy, frequent informal chats and reporting, parent/teacher conferences and parent participation when possible. It is equally important for children to develop desirable personal and social values, to exercise reason and to develop the ability to choose and make decisions. We believe children learn through life experiences and play.
