Welcome to Amy Boettler Seibert Elementary School. Our school is named for an outstanding citizen who devoted over 50 years to helping people learn and expand their lives. Mrs. Seibert was a Kern County librarian for 17 years a teacher at Panama School for 21 year and a member of the Panama District School Board for 22 years. Seibert School along with the entire Panama-Buena Vista Union School District has a tradition of Excellence in Education. The staff at Seibert School is committed to continuing this tradition in academics sports music science and technology. Students and teachers continue to shine each year in these endeavors. Many of our students receive district and county recognition in both sports and academic activities.
