Early Learning Program Information:
At the heart of our Early Childcare program is a desire to provide safe, educational, and supportive environment for a diverse group of children ages two months-five years. Each of our childcare centers is licensed and accredited.

School Age Child Care:
Our professional staff, which includes many bilingual teachers, provides the highest quality care and learning activities for children at this crucial stage in their development.
Each year, our childcare program welcomes 140 culturally diverse children, including children from East Bostons growing new immigrant, Latino population, African-American, Asian and European-American children. The program offers sliding-scale fees based on a familys income level because we believe that quality childcare should be available to everyone regardless of income level.
The Central Square program was one of the first school age programs in the nation to receive accreditation, and the first in Massachusetts. The program offers sliding scale fees based on a familys income level.
The Social Centers use a multi-cultural curriculum, which includes: storytelling; arts and crafts; child-created newsletter; access to computers; performing arts; organized sports; science projects; swimming; and special events and field trips within the community and greater Boston.
We also provide for free play; homework assistance; individual, small and large group time, and individual and family counseling services to best meet the needs of all children within our care.

The Social Centers early childcare goals are: to provide a safe, stimulating and educational environment to children; to support and educate families; and to provide the highest-quality service to prepare culturally diverse families for life-long success.

the Social Centers provide transportation and nutritional meals for all of the children in our programs and work to develop the childrens social, emotional, cognitive and self-help skills. We also provide vision, hearing and dental screenings for all of our preschoolers.
