Relax and allow your mind to take on the day’s activities knowing that your child is safe, warm, and loved – with someone who has no other responsibilities, than to care for your infant
Our infant care professionals devote their entire day to the individual needs of the children and nothing else.
Our unique program begins with a parent questionnaire that helps us care for your child, the way you would care for your child. Do you sing a certain song to help your child fall asleep? Do you rock your child and whisper in her ear? We are an extension of your love. Your traditions, habits, and routines quickly become ours so that your child feels loved throughout the day.
You are also comforted with the confidence that when your child is awake, they gain the benefits of our infant care workers’ unique education and training.
The growth and development of your child is a true focus of our infant care workers as they provide the stimulation, direct interaction, and activities that help with your child’s growth.
They are intent on helping your child develop from crawling to walking, from “eating books” to looking at books, and everything in between.
The pre-kindergarten early education program is a fun and exciting time for both children and parents. The entire day is filled with the opportunity for physical, intellectual, and emotional growth.
The classrooms begin to have clear areas set aside for art, science, reading, dramatic play, music, play areas, and technology. The curriculum provides a more academic focus with the emphasis on having a fun while learning. The main goal the teachers wish to instill in the children, is that learning can be exciting and enjoyable.
The teachers pay special attention to each childs own learning style and recognize that all children do not learn the same way or at the same rate.
The pre-kindergarten teachers are the first to realize that amidst all this hustle and bustle, the children are still children. They need time to cuddle or just sit with their favorite stuffed animal. at the end of the curriculum year, the children don their caps and gowns and smile for their first graduation picture!
We know that when a child reaches a certain age, it is difficult for them to understand that they are in need of supervision.
They need more independence and adults that are able to help them learn to make responsible decisions.
We take all of this into consideration when developing the school age program. The children actually meet with the teacher and plan the activities and field trips that will be taken.
The children have input into their day, and have the guidance of an adult for support. As a result, the children and the teacher look forward to coming to the center everyday! We would be pleased to take you on a tour or tell you more about our program!
