Rainbow School For Child Development

The Rainbow School for Child Development in Bronx NY serves children and their families referred through the Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) and Universal PreKindergarten (UPK Universal Pre-Kindergarten). The heart of the program is a commitment to providing quality early childhood educational experiences in which staff and parents work together to maximize the child’s potential.

The Rainbow School for Child Development is licensed by the New York City Department of Health Division of Child Care and approved by the New York State Education Department.

There is no cost to the family for tuition. Services are paid through local and state funds earmarked for special education.
