Bracken County Head Start

To provide assistance to reduce poverty, the revitalization of low income communities,
and the empowerment of low income families and individuals in rural areas to become fully self sufficient
and improve family life in our communities.
Licking Valley Head Start provides a comprehensive child development program for low income children three and four years of age.
